Quotes and Submissions

Information provided through quote requests, our online project chat or RFP submissions does not create a contract. Pricing, scheduling, scope and technical recommendations require review and written confirmation by PCI Surveys. Estimates or ranges discussed before written confirmation are indicative only.

Service Limitations

PCI Surveys does not provide legal boundary, cadastral, subdivision or Real Property Report surveys, which legally require a commissioned land surveyor. Utility locating, GPR and subsurface investigation methods have inherent limitations; no method can guarantee detection of every buried utility or object. Specific limitations are communicated with each scope of work.
