PCI Surveys (“PCI”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

  • Contact and project information you submit through quote requests, RFP submissions, contact forms or our online project chat — such as your name, company, email, phone number, project location and description.
  • Files you upload with a submission, such as drawings, site plans, photos and tender documents.
  • Technical information collected automatically, such as pages visited and general usage analytics.

How We Use It

  • To review, quote and deliver the services you request.
  • To communicate with you about your inquiry or project.
  • To maintain business records and improve our services and website.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (such as secure hosting, database and email providers) and as required by law.

File Uploads

Files submitted with quotes and RFPs are stored in access-controlled, private storage. They are not published or made publicly accessible, and access is limited to PCI staff reviewing your submission.

Retention

We keep submission and project information as long as needed for business, legal and record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@pcisurveys.ca.
